With its "Rittal - the System" programme - Rittal is exhibiting at Light+Building 2010 a programme of solutions that is unparalleled world-wide. In a synthesis of impressive products, sophisticated engineering tools and comprehensive services, the manufacturer has combined its overall competence to form one single system package. Industrial applications, customized solutions for building and energy technology, as well as network and cabling technology can be assembled from a modular system. Services range from planning tools, enclosure solutions and secure power supplies, energy-efficient climate control equipment, flexible network enclosures to complete IT infrastructures for data centres.
Besides its exhibition highlight "Rittal - the System", the company is placing emphasis on systems consulting, with the aim of making energy savings visible. Efficient engineering plays an important role in cutting costs. Rittal's portfolio includes software for planning, designing and manufacturing enclosures, as well as planning software for switchgear systems, a climate calculation application, and configuration tools for almost every product group.
At Light+Building, Rittal is also presenting its large range of services in networking and cabling technology with its distributor and network enclosures, and a wide range of accessories. A second focus is on energy technology with innovations for power distribution and back-up, as well as Ri4Power, the modular system in the low voltage distribution field. Alongside a new uninterruptible power supply (UPS) Rittal is exhibiting innovative fuel cell systems. Another first: the improved concept for an electricity filling station. Rittal's latest outdoor enclosures are also on display.
Anyone who did not get to see the IT highlights at CeBIT 2010 will have the chance at Light+Building to have the Rittal data centre and new trends in IT cooling explained to them by Rittal's experts. The subject of energy efficiency is especially important. Rittal is providing examples of how to save money in the data centre, for example by using smart climate solutions in combination with a management software system. And for users who do not need a large data centre, Rittal is showing its Modular Safe light - a full-value mini-data centre.
