Faster and more secure installation through coordinated systems - this now also applies to the installation of NH-fused-switch disconnectors of sizes 00 to 3 in Ri4Power system technology. Rittal has adapted its Ri4Power Form 1 high-current low-voltage distribution system - based on the TS 8 enclosure system and the Maxi-PLS busbars - to its new switch disconnector technology. Similarly, the manufacturer is ensuring quick and easy installation on the Ri4Power Form 1 distribution enclosure - with the ISV-TS 8 enclosure system, ISV modules and power distribution components.
The size 00 fuse-switch-disconnectors are available in two versions for direct installation on 60 or 100 mm busbar systems, and (with the aid of an adapter) on 185 mm busbar systems. Rotating mounting hooks allow the version for 60 mm busbar systems to make contact. Because the rail is tailored to that of the RiLine60 system, flat bar holders can also be completely top-mounted. Comprehensive contact hazard protection of IP 2X protection category is ensured, thanks to integration in the RiLine60 base tray system.
Size 1 to 3 rails are suitable for assembly on 185 mm busbar systems and have a uniform construction width of 100 mm. Cable outlets can be changed from top to bottom within a few seconds with these devices, too. The position of the cable outlet can be decided upon just before assembly, and inventory costs can thus be halved, cutting the costs of storage by 50 percent, too. Contacting to the rail system is by busbar terminal, without any drilled holes.
